1. Lulusan SMA/K, Madrasah, Mahasiswa Pindahan, dan Lulusan D3
2. Lulusan D3 Melanjutkan menyerahkan foto copy Transkrip Nilai dan Ijazah yang dilegalisir basah 1 Lembar
   Mahasiswa Pindahan menyerahkan Transkrip Nilai dan Surat Keterangan Pindah dari Universitas Asal ( Asli )
   Lulusan D3 dan Pindahan harus dari Universitas yang sudah terakreditasi
   Melakukan Penyetaraan Nilai atau Konversi Nilai oleh Program Studi ( 3-7 Hari Kerja )
   Biaya Penyetaraan Nilai atau Konversi Nilai Rp 300.000,-
3. Calon mahasiswa yang sudah memiliki Nomor Induk Mahasiswa ( Daftar Ulang ) wajib Melengkapi Persyaratan yang Asli ( di-scan dalam bentuk JPEG ) sebagai berikut :
   • KTP, Ijazah Terakhir, Transkrip Nilai, Kartu Keluarga

2. Pembayaran angsuran biaya kuliah tiap bulannya paling lambat Tanggal 10
3. Keterlambatan pembayaran angsuran biaya kuliah tiap bulannya dikenakan denda 5 %
4. Pembayaran melakukan BRI dan BUKOPIN ( Teller atau ATM )
5. Pembayaran Uang Pangkal, SPP dan Semester melalui Bank BRI/BUKOPIN

6. Semester Pendek diikuti mahasiswa bersifat OPTIONAL dengan biaya Rp 350.000.- per SKS
